The Halo Hour at Lumen Med Spa
Halo Hour at Lumen Med Spa—science, ritual, and a little golden-hour magic.
Every Friday at sunset, Lumen Med Spa dims the lights and invites one guest to ring a small brass bell—signaling the start of Halo Hour, a 60-minute ritual that blends LED light therapy, oxygen infusion, and a cryo-finish with sapphire globes. The room glows in soft ambers; a fiber-optic “sky” flickers overhead. Guests choose a one-word intention, whispered into the bell, before an esthetician begins a slow, metronomic cleanse and massage.
Midway through, a warm oxygen mist carries the scent of yuzu and eucalyptus while a custom LED sequence cycles from calm blues to collagen-boosting reds. The finale is a chilled vitamin-C veil and a silent countdown—five breaths together—before mirrors are revealed. The guest takes home a Polaroid stamped with their intention, pinned to Lumen’s “Wall of Tomorrows,” a collage of first steps toward glow-ups big and small.
Why it’s special: Halo Hour feels ceremonial without being precious; it’s science-forward, sensorial, and uniquely photogenic—perfect for social and for guests who want a memorable “I did something for me” moment.
